Terms and conditions

These terms and conditions shall govern your use of our service. Acceptance of our services is acceptance of our terms and conditions.

JNC Wedding Taxis and any other vehicle(s) associated with it shall from here onwards be referred to as ‘our service’ ‘we’ ‘us’ or ‘our’.

Anyone booking with our service shall from here onwards be known as ‘the hirer’ ‘you’ or ‘your’.

Any enquiry/quotation will only be held for 7 days unless a deposit of £75 per vehicle(s) is received within that period to secure the booking for your chosen date.

The final balance would become payable 28 days prior to the booked date. This fee could transferable but only in exceptional circumstances.

Any booking will be for an agreed price and duration time, should the vehicle(s) time in attendance overrun the pre agreed time by a significant amount, a further cost will be payable.

Any last-minute amendments or instruction that deviates from the original booking itinerary that results in additional longer working time for the hired vehicle(s) may be able to be accommodated for but will be chargeable at a rate of £80.00 per hour chargeable in 15-minute increments.

In the event of a hirer wanting to cancel a booking, JNC Wedding Taxis must be notified immediately by email of this decision.

Any remuneration to a cancelled booking will be as follows:

1. Any cancellation made 28 days or more before a booked date will result in the loss of any deposit(s) paid;
2. Any cancellation made 28 days or less before a booked date, will result in all monies being lost except in exceptional circumstances.

All bookings for our service are paid for from a quoted price and not by way of a metered fare. JNC Wedding Taxis reserve the right to refuse any booking, without liability and without giving a reason.

JNC Wedding Taxis cannot be held responsible for any loss financial, professional, emotional, missed connection times, flights, trains, due to the taxi not arriving at the pick-up address at the booked time due to adverse weather, traffic conditions, or road traffic accidents or road closures, mechanical failure, riots, acts of God, accidents, illness or death or any other event beyond our control. Should any problem arise, the hirer will be contacted immediately.

Operating in busy urban areas always runs the risk of the unexpected, any booking will be analysed and planned regarding the route to be taken and the hirer will be notified of the approximate time needed to complete the booked journey.

The driver will always use his knowledge and experience of the streets to deliver the party to the chosen venue at the necessary time. In the unexpected event of the party not arriving at the stated time due to unpredictable circumstances, JNC Wedding Taxis cannot be held responsible for late arrivals at the venues.

Although our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards and serviced regularly, unforeseen break downs can occur from time to time, should a problem occur regarding the booking due to a vehicle being unavailable because of a break down, we will do everything possible to provide an alternative vehicle for the booking, although the replacement vehicle may not necessarily be the same as the original booked vehicle. If this scenario should occur, the hirer will be notified immediately.

In the highly unlikely event of having no alternative vehicle available and a booking cannot be completed because of it, the hirer will be notified immediately, and a full refund would be returned.

JNC Wedding Taxis reserves the right to terminate a booking at any point due to the hirer or anyone connected with the hirer’s party being rude, abusive, violent or unnecessarily difficult to the driver or putting the driver or the vehicle in a position of danger.

Any damage done to a vehicle(s) be it accidental or wilful by the hirer or anyone in their party will be chargeable to the hirer.

All vehicle(s) are non-smoking and non-vaping. Hirers agree to photographs being taken by us of their booking to be used for promotional purposes by JNC Wedding Taxis.

JNC Wedding Taxis would like to use photographs of hirers and their party/guests for promotional purposes by JNC Wedding Taxis. If the hirer is unhappy about this, please advise and this will be amended if so desired.

All photographic images taken and used by us will remain the property of JNC Wedding Taxis but can be shared with the hirer if so desired.

JNC Wedding Taxis retains the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. If any changes made to our Terms & Conditions affect a booking already taken by JNC Wedding Taxis, the hirer will be notified immediately of them. If the hirer is unhappy about or does not agree with the changes to the Terms & Conditions and wishes to cancel their booking because of it, a full refund would be returned.
